Glocosamine+MSM is good, but read a post by Johan. He has reported less pain with high doses of vit C. I like it as well..
Triflex (Combines glucosamine, with chondroitin, SAM-e and MSM)
celadrin is new and blows glucosimine out of the water
glucosamine, chondroiton, selenium and copper. My chiropractor put me on this combo and it helped my knees.
is there any studies on celadrin, as i suffer from bad joint pain since age 15. i take glucosamine, chindriton, msm, and hylauronic acid.Quote:
