A question On Creatine

Should i really cycle my creatine intake? like it says on the lable.. to take it for a few months then take a month off and go on it for a few months again? Or can i just be on creatine without any breaks? I take No-explode and nitrix which has been working really well and ive made huge gains off it. Should i really cyle my creatine?

huge gains from No xplode and nitrix how much ? I didn't gain anything but some strength and hardness well maybe like 1lb.

well i dont like to be on it too long because i get really bloated and soft looking but if i were you i would just go 8 weeks on 4 weeks off.
