isoPRO low carbs or syntha-6

whats better and why?
im 6ft 170. i just tunred 18, been working out for like 5 months. started at 160. im trying to gain lean mass and lower bodyfat. iv been training without any supplments so far excepte creatine (allmax monohydrate)

I haven't tried syntha 6 so I can't compare, but I love Isopure, it mixes easily and tastes great. I like the vanilla because it's zero-carb, but sometimes use the low-carb chocolate too.

i havn't heard anyone yet who has tried syntha-6.. so idk off hand thats why ima asking. iso pro seems to be a good choice.

I have used Syntha. It mixes well and tastes good. It contains a good mix of fast and slow release protein. My gripes with it were high carb and fat content when compared to other proteins and also its high price.

sytha-6 all the way man. I got a sample pack of all 6 flavors and liked them all. Right now got a tub of strawyberry, the mochachino flavor is great too. Plus it is a slower digesting protien making it good during the day and before bed.
