    NO-Explode and CEE

    I am 6'5 260 (I know people don't care just putting it here for dosing info)


    I am going to start NO-explode and CEE


    How would I go about taking NO-explode and CEE/What time and at what dosage


    I know to take 2-3 scoops of NO-Explode before a workout and 1 scoop on your off day but how should you take NO-explode and CEE on workout days and on off days.

    Stick with the NO-Xplode scheduel and just save your CEE for pwo to replenish your depleted creatine bro...

    no CEE needed for off days...

    i'd do the opposite at musselman said. i'd take the CEE on your off days, and dont use the NO-Xplode on your off days, there is no need for it

    K so as of now I am going to take 2-3 scoops of NO-Explode before my workout and 3g of CEE after my workout and 3g before cardio and abs (My off days)



    Anyone else have a better way to take the two thanks....

    I'd take creatine on both workout days and off days. No-explode I'd only take on workout days. The No-explode won't really do anything when your not lifting.

    This is how you should go about taking the CEE and NO-Xplode
    NO-Xplode 30 minutes before workout ..... thats it, only lifting days, not on just cardio days
    CEE... recommended dosage twice a day, 30-45 min before workout and any time after workout, preferalby closer to the post-workout. and on off days, take it once a day, in the morning.

    I have decided to drop the NO-Explode and just go with the CEE I am 260lbs so how would I take the CEE...


    I am thinking 3g before and 3 grams after my workout and on off days 3g...
