3 items I bought just making sure I use them right
Creatine Monohydtrate powder no flavor
Glutamine No Flavor
Vitamin C 1000 MG pills
How much of each should I mix in with my protein shakes and when?
What else can I buy to hope to achieve the lean body im going for.

Creatine 5-10 grams a day
Glutamine (worthless IMO but) 30 or more grams a day
Vit C...I don't recommend mega dosing.
