    On the crapper all day.

    I've been using ON's natural whey protein and I've spent at least 3 hours today on the crapper. This has always happened on and off and im sick of it. What protein doesn't do this isolate?, I was going to buy pro complex will i just have the same problem?

    Now that i am eayting like crazy i take at least 3 dumps a day. Just bring your phone with you so you can text people to pass the time

    maybe your lactose intolernet? i do not believe that protien is Lactose Free.

    no im not lactose intolerant im positive of that, should i look into isopure or something?

    isopure is always a safe bet, thats a good quality protein, but your gonna need the carbs for your PWS which are not included with ISOPURE

    I'll have to try isopure... my stomach is so sensative to protien shakes.

    mine is very sensitive as well. even whey isolate tends to mess with my stomach. I stay away from shakes unless im working out, at which time i drink it during my workout with carbs.

    sounds like ur not getting enough fiber. eat whole wheat bread then protein shake 10 min after.
