Dextrose/Creatine PWO or Pre-WO.
Should Dextrose/Creatine bland me consumed PWO or Pre-WO. Or both.

I take mine during, roughly halfway through my workout. I drink ALOT of water too during my workout. Always worked for me, but I don't know if it's best. Just easiest for me.

I don't like dextrose pre WO it raises me and drops me fast. Leaving me fatigued. I'd take it with a Post work out shake, if at all (I'm not big on the premade creatine/sugar blends). Pre work out I prefer a meal but if you are looking for a shake you could try throwing in so SuperCarb from us at avant. It won't rock your blood sugar like dextrose.

Personally, i take CEE pre-wo and dextrose/creatine mono pwo cause I don't like the sleepiness that comes with the insulin spike...
