    What do you guys think of this?

    I'm trying to bulk up with little fat as possible. These are the supplements i was thinking of, with real food also of course.

    Morning before workout- N-large or MHP up your mass

    PWO- on optimum 100% whey

    Night time before bed- on casein protein

    yea nlarge has tons of cals. i would use the whey in place of it. casein is good for bedtime but dam it makes me so full
