Im about to start taking glucophase XR. I was wondering what a good dosage would be. I was thinking 1 a day with a high carb meal. 1 post work out ( only on days i work out). Each cap has 250 mg of K-r-ala in it.

1 cap before each meal
same with Glucorell-r if you prefer r-ala
do i really need that much ala though.
250 mg of K-rala yields 100 mgs of R-ala
