Illness 4 days into SD cycle - what to do?

Hi everyone;

I started my SD cycle this Sunday, and everything was going great until I woke up this morning feeling like hell. There's a nasty bug going around that knocks people out of comission for about a week. I'm wondering what I should do. I guess my choices are A) stop taking the SD, to a few days of PCT or B) keep on going with the cycle.

Can anyone give me some suggestions? If I stop and do the PCT route, could I try again in a few weeks?

If you go the PCT route, you wont ned much due to the little time you have been on.

In all honesty if you know you are gonna be out that long the stop today and PCT for 1 week

then continue a week after PCT and your gains will be MUCH happier.

I think I'm going to do this. Thanks for the support. I agree about being happier, I've actually been feeling kind of crummy for awhile. I need a good fresh start!
