Any major dif in the Injectable or oral?

Plus how much should you take a week, for both.

from what i have heard oral b12 pills are worthless. Your body only retains about 2% of the oral b12 and the rest is wasted. if you are goin to supplment with it the only way to go is injectable as for dosage im am not sure. Check the steriod fourm there is a thread on it or do a search. the injectable is very cheap.

Thanks man, yeah went to the grocery stores pharmacy and its only $10 for I think 10Ml, and that's Canadian Dollars, so in US thats about, what 3 pennies now?
