for mass theres really no secret, A good weight gainer shake(its very hard to consume all the cals u need to gain weight) a Good diet, and creatine....It all depends on your motivation, are you gonna skip meals??? are u gonna slam that shake down?? are you gonna bust your ass in the gym???
