How do you expect someone to answer that question?
If you are order it, get some liver protection (Perfect Cycle) and look into some cardiovascular support supplements as well. Start contructing your PCT because a 4 week cycle will be over before you know it. Retain and PCT and good products (OTC). Clomid and nolva are excellent if you want to use research chemicals.Quote:

In addition, I will supplement with some creatine while still taking some of the cycle supplements mentioned above.
Anyone have any recomendations or suggestions to the above?

do you have to take the red yeast rice, milk thistle and the other stuff. i just was planing on taking the liver protection and then novadex after. the first scycle was gonna be 10/20/20/20 then for the second i was gonna do maby 20/30/30/30 depending on how my body reacted to it the first time. i didnt mean it like if it kills me ill still do it. like if it makes me fell bad or whatever ill stick it out.

The above is to keep your cholesterol levels (heart disease), and liver in check. It is better to be safe now than be upset later.

thanks. i didnt know how to keep the colesterol down. i planed on takin the liver stuff they sell. for the pct u had said somethin about usin 2 things. i had just planned on novadex? what should i do. i want to keep all my gains... or as much as posible. after i do 2 cycles of sd im gonna use pp.... but not till later
