    GLUTAMINE, YES? NO? when? ....

im doing a bulk diet & want to add glutamine to my PWO protein shake meal after workout, is this right. alot of ppl say to take glutamine before workout, after workout, or both.

im leaning more towards after workout cause it makes more sense & i think that would be the only time of day u would need it.

    1. what do u guys recommend as a first time to start off, dose wise?

    2. when should u take it.? remember im BULKING.

thanks guys for all ur help in advance. please advise me..

I take it after with my creatine. Don't know if it works better or not... just a habit at this point.

through some in the morning with some gatorade for the hell of it too if you want

I don't take glutamine myself. It has never produced any results for the cost of the product. The supplement gurus are not high on it either. That being said...5g before your workout and 5g after your workout.

I am trying mega doses (>50g) of Glutamine post workout during a cutter phase... apparently Charles Poliquin does this with his clients... and he's high on my strength coach credibility list - if not on top!

I was told by member, legobricks, that you do not need to use creatine will "on". Creatine levels are topped off, when "on". Not sure if this is true but it is what he told me when I asked.

my protein powder contains the rec amount. i usually get about 20g a day

i would save the creatine for when you start pct. it will help keep your strength gains.

IMO it is useful while cutting...not while bulking.

It's great for recovery, it's not like creatine where you visibly notice the
    results. I highly recommend it.

I take teaspoon after my workout, and a teaspoon straight before bed.
