i have been having all kinds of trouble sleeping lately and i was wondering what you guys might have expereince with that could help me. not being able to fall asleep until late is screwing up my ability to get all my meals in
i have used valerian, melatonin and they no longer work
tylenol pm knocks me out for like 3 days afterwards, even at a half a pill

i,ve used gaba before to help me sleep
it work's but the only problem i found is that when it where's off i wake up during the night which suck's

Jimyya, I had the same problem. Do you take any stimulants during the day? I cut out all caffeine, and my preworkout drink was also loaded with stims. I have no problem falling asleep now.

i use stimulants, but only pre work out and i have never been sensitive to them. that and i have been using it for years now and the non sleeping thing is more recent
stocky- GABA like gamma aminobutrayic acid or whatever? we have that at GNC, how many mgs do you take?
chinups-benadryl does a little for me, maybe i havent used enough. what dosage?

Well I have used up to 4 pills to sedate me for sleep.
A buddy I work with turned me on to them because he parents are docs and they said the best stuff on the market is the beny's. I been using them every since. I take most of the time 2 but I have used up to 4. 4 doesn't put you down I would eliminate all supps and slowly add them back in to see what is affecting you

I've never tried it, but I've read ZMA will knock you out pretty good.

i used to have sleeping problems and i got a perscription. havent taken the stuff in a few years, but when i talk to my mom 2marrow ill ask her the name. shit worked good. 30 min after i was in a good sleep for about 6-8 hrs, woke up and felt prtty refreshed. if i cant fall asleep now i go on the computer till my eyes get tired. if u worry about it u will never sleep nomater what. i used to get in bed and then like 10 min later be like theres no way im gonna fall asleep, theres no way im gonna fall asleep, then it was all over and i couldnt sleep the rest of the night. its probly 70% mental. just like lifting. u have to convince urself. try thinkin of a nice place that u would like to relax at and fall asleep. think of one object there and picture it and then slowly immagin u backing away form it and the rest of the things there comming into view... all this is stuff i was told and it worked for me... as crazy as the picturing things part sounds. hope that helps
