my superdrol came just now. what is the best time of day to take it

im starting at 10mg. 1 pill a day. idk if i should do morning.i was thinking like 1 hr befor workout. what should i do
10mg aday? yeah probably 1 hr b4 workout
i ran 30mg morning noon and night .
this is my first time, first week ever on it so im gonna start out low. 10/20/20/20. what did u use for a pct. i planed on novadex 100mg/75mg/50mg/25mg and about another 1500 of tribulus a day throughout the hole pct.
Get a SERM, either nolva (the one I recomend) or clomid
When you start using 20mg, split doses ~5 hours apart
like 10mg at noon and 10mg at 5? and then hit the gym at 6? how much nolva should i take?
