should I take the pills all at once or space out through out the day?
I would space them throughout the day. Taking them all at once will make the sides worse.
Agreed. A lot of people do take it all at once but everyone is different with side effects. As for me it didnt matter if i took it at 8 at night or all at once in the morning. Sides didnt really effects me. But as stated above, space it out.Quote:
