Got damn ASCORBIC ACID! (VIT C)
SO after reading the thread about the benefits of vit c, i decided to buy some.
THis morning i took my first dose ascorbic acid, I took 3 tablespoons. Twice this morning i have been on the toilet with it coming out like water! Did i take it wrong or what? I know i cant take that stuff anymore. Atleast i got my system cleaned out.

uuummm...did you really take three TABLESPOONS? Because 3 TEASPOONS make fifteen grams...so you took like 50grams...I could almost gurantee that is your problem...

How many grams in each dose? you might add this to the original thread so Johan will see too.

You should also spread the dosage of around 15g throughout the day...not first thing in the morning...

oh ok I see my mistake. it is 2.25g per half teaspoon. I took 3 full tablespoons Damn anybody now how much i took?

you took 20.25 grams.. oh sh!t.. reallY!! no worries.. this will pass.. good test on your system.
Cut back a bit to maybe 12-15 grams broken up over the day.. ouch you much be sore by now

he had to have taken more than 20...3 tsp is 15 grams...and tablespoons are pretty big...Im sticking with my estimate of around 50g

YOU ARE RIGHT BRO.. I thought he said 2.5 Per Teaspoon but I reread it was 2.5 per 1/2 ts.. oh crapp you hit over 40 grams at least. hahaha

i dont think your body can absorb more than about 1 gram per hour.

Yeah, that was definitely too much Vit C... I took 20g once before hitting the sack (sick from head cold), slept like crap, but I woke up mucus free. Pretty cool stuff.
