Vitargo: Do not take it Pwo?

Vitargo-CGL™ acts like a pump, pulling creatine and water along with it into the bloodstream, thus synchronizing creatine and insulin levels for maximum creatine transport to the muscles. This avoids a premature insulin spike as seen in creatine/dextrose formulas, where dextrose is absorbed faster than creatine.

After reading that, I would think that you should take Vitargo 10-15 minutes before the end of your workout. The above is saying that the insulin spike is greater than that of dextrose, but it does not occur as fast.

I am not sure, I just want some opinions, what do you guys think?
