    Chromium Picolinate???

    I Got A Few Bottles Of This...
    Is It The Same As The Chromium People Supp When Cutting?
    And If So What Do You Recommed I Take Daily?
    I Take 1mg Twice Daily...

    I heard that very much is and can be toxic...picolinate being the most toxic...the only person I knew that took it for cutting did so at a dose of 200mcg per day...

    google: chromium picolinate toxicity- and you will come up with cases of studies showing it to be both toxic and completely safe...but if you do take it I believe the dosage should be lower...

    Anyone know about this toxicity thing, and what should i be taking if this kind of chromium is bad? thanks to any help...

    I read in the book, Optimum Sports Nutrition (by Dr. Micheal Colgan) that he supplemented with his athletes at range of 200-800mcg. You should be safe with this range of dosing. I have used 800mcg per day with no side effects.
