I need to get big now

What is a good mix of supplaments to take together to get big :aaGreen22

Currently, I using Anabolic Xtreme's Pheraplex at 20mg for 4 weeks. My strength is increasing rapidly and my bodyweight is going up. I'm keeping a journal so I'll have the final results in 3 weeks. So far it's the second best supplement I have used. When it was legal, 4AD was my favorite.

yeah 4ad was good man i loved that stuff but didnt like having to spend money on redkat and 6oxo afterwards...dont get me wrong they are good supps but expensive...

brew035 just stick to the basics like multivitamins, protein shakes, creatine, amino acid pills, bcaas, and of course lots of food...if you still have money left over after that you can get more stuff like vitamin c, ala, zma, etc.

one of my favorite things to do to get big is i get a barbell, put a lot of weight on it, place it across my traps, and go up and down 12-15 times.

Papi, how about 20mg pheraplex for 3 weeks, then one week of 20mg pheraplex and 20mg superdrol, then 3 weeks of 20mg superdrol...followed by 40mg nolva ED for 5 weeks???

Too much for your liver to handle. I'd stick with a max of four weeks with an oral. If you want to run both SD and PP, just run a second cycle later.

Protien, creatine, multi vits, lots of food & water. Those are the basics. Next thing would be prohormones and prosteroids. IE superdrol, pherplex, max lmg, ect.

I agree with cfiler just train hard,sleep and eat big. Creatine can be helpful as well as a good protein powder.

I dont really reccomend all of these fancy new supps with crazy labels and persuasive adds.

Like many people have said: Food (lots), protein, creatine, glutamine, vitamins.

I found this post by Milk87 (fellow member) on the stacking of Superdrol:

Ergomax LMG and phera-plex are out because they are both 17a-alkylated.

both Max LMG and Prostanozol will be fine to stack with SD (in terms of hepatoxicity), MAX LMG having better results. I cant say about any other sides though

heres how it goes...get a barbell, put a lot of weight on it, place it across my traps, and go up and down 12-15 times...yeah its one of the newer exercises that a lot of the top pros are secretly doing...try to keep it on the hush though.

you sound a lot like me when I started working out at 16. I took andro, pro-steroids, mild real steroids, creatine, weight gainer, almost every supplement on the market. You know what it lead me to? Having testosterone as low as a masculine girl at one point, the possibility of not being able to have kids ever, a terrible bloated look, and all my strength and muscle gains gone because of the lack of proper knowledge of PCT. Anyway, just read the diet stickies and train hard consistently

I have never used pharaplex, and dont know too much about it. So is pharaplex bad for your liver? Do you need to take something like taurine while you are on it?
