38 yo and I wasnt kind to my knees in my youth, I now take the glucosamine and MSM and the otc antiinflammatory. I was just wondering if there are any other suppements I might try.
Also any creams besides menthol , camphor based (bengay) that I might give a try?
You can try chondroitin (ususally comes with glucosamine) and Hyaluronic Acid too. I don't know much about creams though.
I have a bad shoulder and Glucosimine/Chondrontin has helped me a ton. Almost no aches at all while taking it. Keep in mind that once you stop taking it the joint aches will return so you have to stay on it.
