how long should my SD pct be had to stop on day 12
whats up everyone i had a question...
i threw out my back a few days ago in the gym doin leg press it went POP!
so i gave it a couple days and it felt a lil better and then i went into the gym yesterday and it started hurting again like alot more than when it happened so i dunno i dun really think i should be doin any lifting wat do u guys think??
Im on my 12th day of sd and it looks like ima have to cut the cycle short so i was wondering how long should my pct be???

I would make it for 12 days, just as long as your cycle was.

Now am i gonna lose alot of weight i have gained?? i prolly wont b lifting for about a week...=(

i mean should i stop takin the sd till im better or keep on it?

Stop taking it until your back is ful healed.
Like Papi said, 12 days should be food. Aslong as you keep your calorie intake high, you shouldnt lose much of your gains; speaking of which, how were they?

If you threw out your back and you went to the gym to only notice that your back hurts more than it did before...I would go get that looked at, only reason i'm saying that is cuz thats what is happening to me with my shoulder...
I threw my arms a little bit to far out on my deads on sunday, threw out my left shoulder, thought it got better so yesterday i went to give a mini shoulder workout and competely F*ed it up bad, didn't hurt then but today it was unbarible, so i went to the docs and she is sending me out to do an MRI to see if i tore the muscle... If only i woulda stayed out of the gym a bit longer...

40mg or 20mg a day??
will i put on fat keeping my cals where they are right now and not working out??? im takin in about 4000 cals 350ish pro/400ish carbs/80-100ish fats
