    Question Protein Shake that doesn't cause BLOAT??

    Anyone have any suggestions of their brand for choice on Protein Shakes that do not cause bloat??

    isopure is good but defintly exspensive paid like 60 buxs online for the zero carb zero fat one. also just recently bought from vitamin world 6lb twin lab 100% whey one only have like 2 carbs and 1 gram of fat cost me only 22$ and taste really good well at least the vannilla flavor does.

    with just about every protein shake i've tried, the bloat was tolerable, it was the constant gas you had to worry about

    Yea I have always mixed with water..But I swear I feel fat and bloated after drinking a shake for like 3 hours...
    So Isopure?? That sounds good..$22.00 is not bad

    do you put anything else in it? Meaning sugar, or splenda, etc?

    Kurz, No I just do it plain..I am guessing that is why it tastes so horrible
