what helps combat liver problems when using strong stuff like adrol? Some type of fish oil? here in brazil on the site it says oleo de primola its portugese oil of primola but whats primola? any other suggestions are helpfull thx

great but i wish i knew of something simple to buy in the supermarket im in brazil and names are in portugese

I second the milk thistle vote.....

Anything that detoxifies or serves as a anti-oxidant should work wonders.

Milk Thistle is numero uno...maybe try garlic, cranberries etc. They should also help.
