what are the best protein bars( ll thres already 100 powderones)
hey ive seen a couple of posts about fav and best protein powers well lets see some bars......for diet,and off season
diet bars-myoplex low carb taste really good
off- lean body original cocnut cream is to the day the bst asting bar ever........i would eat it ove many candy bars...

to be honest, yes, nitro-tech bars. They got the vitamins, taste, and protien. Plus I can get them for an ok price.

I honestly don't think that there are any protein bars out there that are any better for you than a Reeces Peanut Butter Cups.
With all the crap in them to make them taste good, and not to mention the soy protein they put in to drive the costs down I just don't see them as something that all that hot for you to eat.
Just read the label on those bars and compare it to a Reeces.

good point, but not all protien bars are that way.
Nitro-tech isnt anyway..
but you pay a lot for the good ones.

i dunno what bars your looking at .......maybe power bars and high endurance bars......most b ars i got have the most 3 grams of sugar in them....reeses are loaded and the protein contenet aint even half.......

WEL i promise you one thing.......most protein bars benefit alot more than reeses....alot betta...compare all that sugar to about 1 gram and some bars are acually good to eat

The problem with most of those bars is that they're aren't labeling everything corectly. The low carb bars don't count all the carbs, it even says so on the labels. From what I've read it seems that they also count sugar into the carb count. Just look at the ingredients instead of the calorie breakdown.
