Best time to take my Supplements?
I am 18 and planning on Football in the fall of 2003. I need to put on about 15-20lbs now though. Right now I take Nitro-tech, time-released Designer Whey, and Cell-tech. If you could tell me if this is too much or not enough, and also when the best time to take all of these are it would be much appreciated. Thanks for the help!
