Question about LOGIC NUTRITION

Ok, here is the story. My friend got a job selling these products at a local sears, he called me and told me that nothing on the label matched up. The meal replacements were saying 50% carbs, when it was 60% using math to figure it out. Lots of other products they have are like this, some are even expired. Also some of the product seals are not on too well and you can take the cap off and put back on with the safety seal. So my question to you guys is what is this company and can anybody give me feedback on what is going on. Has anybody heard of these products, Im just looking for some info because everything in this store seems really shady. www.logicnutrition.com
