Proper way to take Glutamine?
I am not clear on how you should take Glutamine. I usually mix it into my protein shake but from what I have read on the board you should take it on an empty stomach on its own. Is it less affective if you take it with your protein shake as I have been doing? Can someone clear this up for me.

ne way, mix it w/ protein is fine, also take it before bed time

I have never heard of this before. Does anyone disagree with this statement? I certainly want to make sure I am not wasting it.

I take 10 g post workout with 5g creatine and 75 dextrose, not suppose to take G and C at same time same sites or something or other but works for me so far. I have taken glutamine w/ shakes on it's own morning, post workout, night time, all 3. Quite frankly get about same resutls requardless, but do feel it's probably number 3 on my list of good supps to take.
