Whst the best steroid alternative to help put on a some mass?
Creatine, ala , & glutamine.
i've already been using that, something quicker i need, what about the steroid alternative this site offers? do they really work?
i would not recommend them and I have used them all...to expensive for the amount of result you get.
try 1-AD, im using it..you will need atleast 4 bottles to do a cycle, and they are 36.00 a piece, so there not cheep, I have had good gains...
it's eigther play with those or just do a 10 week cycle of just EQ, i know it's not a test booster but it should still give me some gains

I got a thread in this forum just a little lower about the sides i got...Just a libdo loss and thats about it..put on about 10lbs, not sure if it was all from the AD but I put on some weight, and I went up about 20-40 pounds in various moves...Quote:
