    Protein quality questions please help!!

    i have been looking at many forums lately about protein powders... the most possitive i have been harin about have been vp2 by ast and optinums 100 percent whey.....which protein is a realy quiality belnd that wont add on fat..i heard optinum adds fat.......what abut isopure packets ........i love the taste butare they great quality products ?.....if i have a isopure packet with milk should i have it in the morning ?

    Isopure packets are good for post workout but I would stay away from them any other part of the day. They have 25g of maltodextrins which is basically sugar.
    Also, your going to want to get a protein that has a slow release for any other time besides post workout, especially before bed.
    Isopure is whey isolate, it's absorbed very fast. Get like a blend of egg and casienate(spelling) for during the day, Isopure packs are great for post workout

    I get mine right down the street so I don't know anything off the top of my head for Staten. I would do a search on google
