How much protein do I need to consume on my off days compared to my workout days?

I asked this same question, and i was told the same as when you are working out. I forget the reasoning but i'm sure someone will let you know why.

You want to keep your protein level high even on non workout days cause you want your body to remain in an anabolic state. When you lower your protein you begin to jeopardize this.
