    Question connective tissue

    Are there any suppliments that are specificly targeted at strengthening connective tissues?

    Connective tissue as in what ligaments muscle any particular area?

    There are certain compounds/drugs that say they strengthen tendons and things like that but I can,t remember what they are called.I,ll check

    Bro you can try Glucosamine Chondroitin,it helps maintain healthy mobile joints and cartilage. Don't know if it will help ligaments but it's worth a try, good stuff anyways.

    Right checked it out at the wekend bro and the sports shops I went into all recommended Glucosamine Sulphate I,m not sure if this is the same thing that Kullman said but the shops said it was very good for combating ligament tendon sort of damage.

    Spot on Billy Glucosamine Sulphate is a great supplement for tendon, joints and ligaments.

    I would take 2-3G per Day split in equal dosages.

    Chemical Nutrition produce a supplement call "Joint Formula"

    It contains glucosamine sulphate and Collagen, an orally active antigen which has been used to improve rheumaytoid arthritis.
