L-Glutamine questions post search

Hey gang,

I found twin labs Human growth fuel at a dollar store so i bought a few bottles. I know the name is completely lame

The thing that confuses me a bit is, i have searched and read about BB'ers taking 10-20g's. these pills are no where near that.

Could any one offer any dosage recommendations or suggestions?
I have read everything on the forum before posting.

Human growth fuel (lamest name ever)

L-Glutamine 2000mg
DHEA 25mg
melatonin 12mg

other ingredients: Cellulose, Purified Water, MCT, Magnesium Stearate.


Are these values way to off to be of use? Thanks for the thoughts

I wouldn't fuck with any supplements that they sell at the dollar store. Your body is worth more than that I hope. If they sold motorcyle helmets would you trust your life with it?
L-Glutamine 10-30 g ED is about right. I'm guessing the shit is so cheap cuz there's nothing in it.

Listen to Vegas....he's totally right. Never buy supplements from the dollar store!!!!! Use the old adage, "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is..." :unsure:
