    Supps

    Hi all. I just recentally just bought some wieght gainer some cre and some whey protien. I work out 5 days a week at about 12:30. I was just wondering when and how often i should take each suppliment... please be deatailed. Thanks all

    well, first of all i'm sure the weight gainer has all the protein in one serving you will need. First make sure you are getting 6-8 meals a day. 3 of these meals can be shakes(the weight gainer) You don't necessarily have to count you're calories. Just eat so that you gain one pound a week. Doesn't sound like much but trust me it will slowly add up. The creatine should be taken when you wake up and after training.

    Weight gainer- 3 shakes a day *one after training
    Creatine- upon waking and after training
    Whey protein- sell it to a friend and buy more weight gainer
    I say this about the whey because i take it you are an ectomorph, like i am. Regular whey never did anything for me. Ecto's need the calories to grow, and alot of them.
