Ephidrene : 25mg
Caffiene : 200mg
Aspirin : 300mg
Take it before morning workout (cardio) and before evening workout (weightlifting) make sure you dont take it too late otherwiase you will have trouble sleeping.
you can increase the caffeine abit if you wanted.
