On both the bar and powder, it has creatine listen on the ingredients. About 3/4 of the way down.
It just doesn't say how much.

They list ingredients according to how much of one ingredient there is. So if they start off with Glycerine, then on a gram by gram basis, there is more Glycerine than anything else in the bar.
If it's 3/4 of the way down, and people take 5-10g creatine per serving, you can bet your ass it don't have more than a gram per bar.
If you want creatine, just take the powder. If you don't want creatine, I'd choose another bar/powder.

Yeah, I'm looking into trying creatine. I've been using methoxy-pro for a few months and I've gotten good results from it, but now i'm looking into creatine.
They sell them buy-one-get-one-free at prosourceonline.com, so I bought a whole bunch and now I have three boxes left that I don't know what to do with. I don't want to take in any more creatine from that stuff becuase I don't know how much there is per serving.

PPP is right ingrediants are always listed as the largest ingrediant first and if its 3/4 down there will be very little in the bar, better to take the powder at least you know what you are getting for your money
