    Creatine has reached expiration date. Still good?

    I have a large creatine container, which has a "best before" date 8 months ago. Good to go, or got to go?

    I ran into the same problem recently. From what I've read, it's better to toss it and get some new stuff...

    it is best to throw it away believe me man I had some like 6 months after it expired and like devils said it hurts your gut man
