    CREATINE/LGLUT/PROTIEN...Need some advice!!!!

I value the opinion of some of the dedicated poeple on this site including the MODS!!! I need some advice on how should I be taking my supplements. I workout hard at the gym everyday but I think i may be not getting the proper benifits of my suppliments.

    Here is my suppliment routine:

    Morning
    --------
    Protien Shake
    Creatine 5 mg

    Afternoon (Just before working out)
    ---------
    Creatine

    Late afternoon (after working out)
    --------------
    Creatine 5mg
    Protien shake

    Night (before Bed)
    -----
    Glutimine 5 mg

Where can I add more glutimine??? I hear you can't mix it with the creatine since they both fight for absorption. Aswell, I have been drinking it with Orange juice (the creatine & Glutamine)!!

    Please help!!!!

L-glutamine is a must after training. Also first thing in the morning, depending on your weight you may want to increase the dosage.

IMO there is no problem to mix creatine and L-G, I'd put them with a good carbo drink. Any other time drink the L-G. in luke warm water, not carbs.

I mix my Creatine in with my Glutamine no probs. One question I do have is are you on a loading phase with the Creatine or is your maintenance dose b,c it seems really high.

I,d drop the Creatine to 5g and up the Glutamine to 10 g a day just as Big Al said.

if you want to add some more glutamine, try drinking a meal replacement in the morning. most meal replacements, ultramet, mesotech, myoplex, etc., have both glutamine and taurine in them.

OK I,m not 100% sure but the MRP do have Glutamine but it is a different type (Glutamatic ...............) which is NOT Glutamine as we know it and need it.
