im 6'4" 260 now and i just wanted to know if there was a conversion chart of something on how many IU's or mg's i should be taking of each vitamin for optimum use in my body, i know this is a tough question, would appreciate the feed back

If you follow the RDA's that covers 97.5% of the population so there is a good chance this will cover your needs. Or if you have access to the DRV (Dietary Refernce values) use the RNI (Reference Nutrient Intake) as this covers 97.5% of the population. These can be found in any health book at health shops and are on the back of good food packaging.
