Dextrose: Where do I get?
Hey guys, I am currently on my FIRST cycle containing:
T200/EQ/Winny...I just finished up w/ week 3....
I need to get simple carbs in post workout, with my shake.
I was told to take in PURE dextrose.... and have a few questions..
Where do I get PURE dextrose? I heard its very very cheap....
How much do I need w/ each shake post workout?
Do I just mix it right in with my protien/glutamine?

P.S. Will it affect gaining LEAN mass? Rock-solid lean hard mass?
Once again, thank you, I need to get it ASAP so I can start taking it post-workout on Monday along with my shakes!!!

lol well since noone else is anwering your other questions i will .....first dont take glutamine with protein it makes it useless......take it on empty stomach in morning before bed and take it rite after yoyur workout and tae protein simple carb mix 15 mins after that........and yess you will build rock hard lean mass if you have the dextrose with your shake but have it quickly after your workout ....try t have it like a half hour after your workout ( the sooner the better) ...you can even just add honey if you want .....honey is supposdley better........but dextrose is fine bro......and just dont havre too much try to have around 50 grams of protein and around 30 to 50 grams of simple carbs......but if you wanna cut make sure you dont have too much sugar and simple carbs throuout the day ,.........and try to eat all your simple sugars for the day the 1st hour after you woprkoutout......dont get crazy but you can have that candy bar or high sugar bar after your workout anbd then after that have a high potein low carb meal late......( chicken,1 cup grilled veggies,salad with olive oil and vinegar isa good choice ) ....i have afer my worjout when im not on a keto diet ,,,,,2 scoops vp2 protein in 1 cup of applejuice and 1 spoon of honey
