L-glutamine
I was over on the Bodybuilding.com board reading some post just now and i found one that said L-Glutamine should only be taken when cutting and you should not supplement with it during bulking. I just wanted some opinions on this as i thought it was more or less a supp that should be taken all the time either cutting up or bulking. Thanks

Bro, just take it when you cut. It won't get absorbed on a high caloric diet so don't waste your money. It won't do shit. Trust me.
