    Please Help

    Whats up Guys>

    I am presently 175lbs./ 5"10-11 and want to get ripped.

    I have :
    1.ALA
    2. Hydroxycut
    3.Protein
    4.CLA
    Please give me a guide on when to take these supplements and what my carb, protein, fat, calories intake should be.

    WELL KEEP THE PROTEIN AT AROUND 340, EAT VERY CLEAN LOWER YOUR CARBS TOO....

    1. Take ALA with meals. I do 600-800mg per day but I would suggest working your way up if you havn't taken it before. ALA causes alergic reactions in some people.(not most though)
    2. Hydroxycut is pretty self explanitory on the bottle. Just make sure you cycle it 2 weeks on 2 off so your body doesn't develope too big of a tolerance.
    3. Protein. I get 2g. per 1lb of body weight.
    4. I don't use CLA, no advise given.

    For cutting. Eliminate all breads from your diet. All carbs should come from Yams, Oatmeal, wild rice.
    All fats from flax seed oil(I prefer refrigerated-don't get the pills) and olive oil.(some saturated is going to come with the meat you eat for protein so don't sweat that, just don't overdo.)

    I would consume carbs no later than 8 hours before bed.
    Start your day with:
    1. Two ice cold glasses of water. This is going to tell your metabolism to wake up after a long night sleep before food is consumed.
    2. Good amount of protein.(Shake, eggs, steak, whatever.)
    3. Good fibre source, oatmeal is excellent and will also put some good carbs in you.
    3. 1-2 sevings of flax. Don't cook it. Either in a shake or by it self.

    Get fibre all day long. Celery is a good source and it has zero calories. Apples as well but get one in before mid day if you eat one.

    Cardio in the morning before meal or right after workout.
    Get whey protein and simple carbs(dextrose, maltodextrose) for post workout. All other parts of the day I would advise a blended protein such as egg and casein for slower absorbtion(especially before bed).

    thats quite a bit of protein for someone who weighs that much

    thats bout right double protein intake and lash carbs in half
