    i started on that stuff bro the big ass jug that sais V60 on it the stawberry,it was ok,the taste is ok ,but it has a lot of milk protein or soemthing like that i was reading and this supplement store that pro female bodybuilder runs (my trainer)was basicly giving it away for next to nbothing 20 $ for the jug.

    Pro V 60 is one of the best proteins out there. Not only does it have 60 grams of protein per serving (and no, not everyone can absorb the entire 60g), but it tastes great, and contains 5 different protein sources. There is an obvious advantage to this: your muscles will feed off the protein for a longer period of time. I took it before bed while on a mass-building cycle...excellent results. It was the only protein I've ever used that I saw noticable results in a very short period of time. Personally, I think it's one of the best (if not the best) tasting proteins I've ever had. Price...so-so but, hey, you get what you pay for. -BB

    I have never used it, but if it's a blend of whey's that is way to go, nice time released formula. WHo care about taste just donw it in one big glup.

    this post is a little old, and i didnt see all the newer responses. i have since gone ahead and purchased this product. IM STILL USING IT.
    i thought it tasted good, and like bigbad, i noticed appreciable results from it.
    ive been on this particular brand of protein for a little over 4 months now, and i will recommend it to anyone who wants to to try it.
