    Does Creatine go bad?

    I just found some creatine in the back of my coverts that must be at least 2 years old. I am wondering if this stuff is too old to be of any use?

    There's been a couple posts about this. Just to be safe, I'd ditch it and buy some new creatine.....

    I think it does. Every time I quit taking creatine for a while and star again it seems I have to buy new stuff because the old creatine gives me a stomachache.
