    I am 17 which supplements should I be looking into?

    Im think protein,creatine and a good multi. My problem is with the creatine the whole liver and kidney thing scares me. What are your thoughts on my situation since im only 17?

    Look into L-glutamine, creatine, protein and a multi. When taking creatine, just drink a lot of water and you're kidneys will be fine....

    protein, amino acids, good multi-vit and ok the creatine is fine, is about all you need....plus a good diet and workout routine....

    i agree protien, vitamins, and creatine is a good. L-glutamine would help as well

    Horseshit on supps, You are 17 your body is full of so much test you dont need supps you need clean food. Save your money and eat...

    fuck supps bro .........only thing you sold even bother with is protein lol......multi vitamins and glutamine are good ...creatine is decent no need to take it really unless ou have troube growin or you in a platuea........eat like an animal....teh best supp is chicken

    why are you even thinking of taking supplements?? you only a pup!!
    stick with educating yourself on proper dieting and supplement yourself with lots of food!!!. not trying to bust your balls but your young and still growing let time and hard training pay itself off.

    You ARE fine with taking the supplements that were previously mentioned. If you have you're diet in order, then here are the supplements that i take(i'm also 17): They are in order of effectiveness:
    1. multivitamin(gotta have it)
    2 weight gainer(hard work+calories= muscle)
    3. creatine
    4. desicated liver tabs
    5. glutamine

    I wouldn't take anything else, in fact i don't. I'm just now starting prohormones, i'll let you know how it goes.

    Dont expect any gains on PH's at your age,your body is pumped with so much test that it doesnt need any assitance. What you will get is acne,and possibly gyno.

    All you 15-16-17 year olds need is a good whey protein,lots of food,and plenty of rest.

    Pro-Hormones in my opinion are a waste of money,i spent 100 bucks(C$)on animal stak..waste of cash guys,i maybe put on 7 or 8lbs. Take your money and use it wisely. I'd take a good protein powder over any PH...

    sorry bro, but in my book 7 pounds on a single supplement is damn good gains.

    Think about the whole idea of roids
    " Adding fuel to the fire"
    Many people have normal test levels and can put on good muscle, however many find gains harder and harder to come by, and thus result to steroids . They are supplementing their own levels, the same thing i am trying to do.

    The new generation of prohormones are working reallly good for everyone who takes them

    I'm sorry to all you who were screwed by the first generation of ph's(andro), but its time to stop crying and realize that improvements and discoveries have been made.

    And what's to say that a teenager cannot hit a plateau?
    Also, please show me a study that says that my test levels are "OFF THE CHARTS"

    Your right,7 pounds may seem good,but you dont keep it all. Bottom line,its not worth the money. Do the smart thing and spend your money on something worth while like some glutamine and protein powders.

    Oh and depending on the Andro that your taking,you can expect your libido to shoot way down.

    And there is no charts that i know of that show that a teenagers natural test levels are off the charts...but it is a fact. And arent PH's 18 and over??

    I just turned 16, i took creatine and amino acid..but im off of creatine bc i am starting football again and we dont get much water

    The first thing I would look at wood be either meal replacements(packs or bars), whey protein powder or a weight gainer. Any of those with a good balanced diet and hard training and lots of sleep will give great results for someone your age.

    You need to make time.....If it is important to you, you need to make time to eat right. It's a little word called DEDICATION

    Don't worry about supplements until you get 6 solid meals in a day.

    I'm involved heavily with our football and basketball teams at my school I'm the asst to the head coaches. We pref if the guys are going to do fast food that they do subway because lets face it its better for u then Taco Bell or Micky Ds. But dude u really need to try and get a better diet going.

    This is what I take:

    Protien shakes/bars
    creatine
    glutamine
    Zmass PM

    and yes eat healthy, hit hard at the gym and get 8+ hours of rest for better gains and recovery.
