L-Glutamine question... again
Ok guys ive heard of it alot on this borad but dont really read about it since im in a different section most of the time. Anyway i found my mom buys alot of it... L-Glutamine 500 from GNC. Should i start taking it and if so when and how much? Im 150 5'8 and just looking to gain mass and strength. -thanks guys-

Take 10g on an empty stomach when you wake up and 10g after training or before bed again on an empty stomach. Make sure to take it with a non-acid juice. You can use Kool-aid or grape juice or some shit like that. Tell your mom it's cheaper to order it from allsportsnutrition.com
