    Whats The BEST protein powder

Can someone reccommend a really good protein shake ? I've tried Pro Complex, Cytosport, Isopure, Met-RX and Metaform. I need to order something low in sugar ( of course ). I'm not to worried about the carbs though. So whats the hottest these days guys ? Thanks

I've always taken Isopure, I'll take designer Whey when I'm strapped for cash, it always seems to be on sale.

    isopure kicks ass

totally smooth to drink 2-3 shakes a day.no bloat like w/ some concentrates. i like isolate protein hands down and isopure makes the best flavors in their MRP's .

Actually there are some fantastic homemade recipies that you can custom fit to your liking (depending on your goals) and are 1/2 the price of any protein powder out there. As an example, I have used 10-12 oz glass of 2% milk (8 grams of protein), 1 pack of sugar free carnation instant breakfast (8 grams of protein) and 1/3 (or more) cup of fat free dry milk (8 grams of protein) with exellent results. For more calories use whole milk and regular instant breakfast mix. Let me know if you try it and what you think.

Thanks guys , I decided to go with Isopure. The cannister and not the packages, since the cannister is all protein and no carbs. I've been trying different stuff lately and I definitely don't like "juiced protein", the shit ran straight through me. Thanks again for your input
