    Best protein supplements on cutting!!!

    As a subject, in your opinion which are the protein more right in a cutting diet? Speaking about most common brands, because i' m Italian and i can' t find most of the products that you have
    I would avoid whey proyein for the high insulinic response it give!!!

    The best in my opinion is ISS's ProM3, expensive but an awesome protein mix.

    Cool THE VERY BEST THAT I'VE EVER USED?

    This may sound funny but the best one that I've ever used was Weider Body Shaper. And trust me, I rarely like anything that Weider has.

    But when I was working on cuts, I used to use that and I got cut big time. It's weird because it's a product that was around so long that they recommend milk to be used to mix it as opposed to water like others of today. Weider's crap was more popular in the 80's but to my surprise, some of his crappy shakes are still around.
