    How many calories does it have, how many carbs, how many sugars, and how much protein, thanks. I saw that brand, almost bought it, but I was also going to buy GNC brand 2200....

    ok in a 10lb jug which costs $40 here's what you get:

    30 servings
    Calories per serving: 600
    protein 50gm
    carbs 86
    sugar 28

    I love the stuff. Its the only brand i use. I use half a serving mixed with 3 cups of soymilk. Gives me around 600calories and 50gm protein. Tastes great too. No need to add anything.

    I like to buy my protein and my carbs seperate, I think it saves you money. Usually 10lbs of Carbs costs about $15.00 (1cup=100grm) and Isopure for $35.00(2 scoops=50 grms)
    Throw these together and each shake you get:
    100grms carbs
    50 grms protein
    10-15 sugar
    total of 640-700 cals.
    That should put some weight on you, it has helped me with about 10 lbs.

    Do you guys get a case of bloated stomach using Weight gainers??

    i drink at least 2 servings a day. Train 4-5 times per week, did cardio
    and abs crunch too.

    My brother has been taking Optimums Mighty 1 3000. We started working out about 9 months ago. 4-5 days a week. He hasnt been taking the weight gainer the whole time. Probably the past like 3 months. He's gone from 175 or so to about 210 now. I think he was somewhere around 190 when he started the weight gainer. I can't be positive though. Costs $18 bucks I believe for an 8lb tub on allsportsnutrition.com. So its crazy cheap and he says it tastes really good too. I havent tried it though cause Im on a low carb diet and it'd probably kill me! haha. Good luck.
